Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the order if un-opened in original packaging. If unopened and mailed back to us, a full refund will be sent minus a $20.00 re-stocking fee. All products we carry have customer service and their own warranties to handle any product defects or repairs if needed. This policy is meant to be fair but deter people from using this site as a means of buying product for the sole purpose of demoing.
