Refund policy

All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the order date as long as they are unopened and in brand-new, undamaged condition. Items must show no signs of use (no scratches, cracks, wear, or cosmetic damage).

Unopened returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee, shipping costs, and non-refundable payment processing fees (3%) charged by the payment processor (not us).

If a device is lightly used, we are willing to accept a return and sell it on a secondhand marketplace on your behalf. Please note this does not result in a full refund, but the value of the device that is now used and being sold used. 

This policy is not meant to be overly strict, but help prevent our store from being used as a trial/demo service. As a small business, we rely on purchases being made with the intent to keep and use the device.

All products are covered by their manufacturer warranty for defects or repairs when purchased through Dumb Wireless.

If you request a cancellation before your order ships, we’ll refund your order minus the 3% non-refundable processing fee.
