Refund policy

All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the order date as long as they are unopened and in brand-new, undamaged condition. Items must show no signs of use (no scratches, cracks, wear, or cosmetic damage).

Unopened returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee, shipping costs, and non-refundable payment processing fees (3%) charged by the payment processor (not us).

This policy is not meant to be overly strict, but help prevent our store from being used as a trial/demo service. As a small business, we rely on purchases being made with the intent to keep and use the device. You can always sell a device used on a secondhand marketplace, such as ebay if you no longer wish to use it, but we can not take returns at that point. 

All products are covered by their manufacturer warranty for defects or repairs when purchased through Dumb Wireless.

If you request a cancellation before your order ships, we’ll refund your order minus the 3% non-refundable processing fee.
