Introducing dumbphone 2 by dumb.co!

This is a very user friendly and affordable flip phone option for all ages. Please read all
information before ordering, as this device is paired with a cellular service plan starting at
$15.99 per month with a minimum 4 month commitment.

All phones come with a welcome kit, “phone zone”, and SIM card with easy to follow step by step instructions to start your dumbphone journey!

Product Description: Dumbphone 2 is designed as a companion device for your
smartphone; it can also be your permanent main device to help you spend less time online
without losing the essentials. The box it arrives in doubles as a “phone zone” to store your
smartphone out of sight, out of mind, if you choose to use it as a companion device!
This is truly the easiest dumbphone to transition to for its ease of use, functionality, and
price. We can not recommend it enough for kids getting their first phone or adults needing a
digital detox.

dumbphone 2 packs many of your current phones essentials such as unlimited calls and
SMS, text and contact syncing with your smartphone, Signal, WhatsApp, maps, smart music
(Spotify and Apple Music streaming) podcasts, rideshare, 2FA, camera, alarm, weather,
recorder, calculator, and the new dumb.co message board to find other users in your area,
and more easter eggs on the way!

Service Plan: The dumbphone 2 comes with a SIM card and its own phone number.
Outgoing calls are made with the dumbphone's native number, while you can still forward
calls from your smartphone and sync your texts. Want to ditch your smartphone entirely?
You can port your original number to the dumbphone 2.
The device requires a 4-month minimum plan that is billed monthly and active until you
cancel.

All plan choices are listed in the image above. At this time you can not use your own
carrier. The dumbphone 2 uses T-Mobile's network. Service is available in the U.S. + Puerto
Rico (service is not yet available in Alaska or Internationally).
Features:
● One-time $20 payment for the dumbphone 2 hardware + shipping
● SIM card included in the box; you will activate it when it gets delivered and choose
your desired monthly phone plan!
● iPhone and Android compatible for companion device use. Sync your smartphone
contacts and text messages in the “smart txt” app. Forward calls to the dumbphone
2 from your smartphone.
● Every phone comes with rideshare,
● Optional add-on includes smart music (stream Spotify, Apple Music) and a podcast
app

Warranty/Returns: The dumbphone 2 is designed to easily get up and running to get you
started on your dumb journey. Should your dumbphone 2 or SIM arrive out of the box with
any defects, notify the dumb.co team and they’ll get you sorted with a replacement as soon
as possible, free of charge. Damage caused by consumer usage such as wear and tear,
drops, cracks, water damage, etc. require a one-time $65 replacement fee to help cover the
cost of the hardware. If you cancel your order before the physical dumbphone 2 shipped,
you can receive a full refund. Once it has shipped, refunds cannot be issued for the
dumbphone 2 hardware and shipping costs. Refunds cannot be issued for unused billing
time.
