We do not accept returns on used devices at this time. Please read product descriptions, or ask questions before ordering your new phone to make sure it is the right choice for you. Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the order if un-opened in original packaging. If unopened and mailed back to us, a full refund will be sent minus a $20.00 re-stocking fee.
