Please read all information before ordering, as this device is paired with a service plan starting at $16 per month with a minimum 4 month commitment. All phones come with a welcome kit and SIM card with easy to follow step by step instructions to start your dumbphone journey!

Product Description: Dumbphone 2 is designed as a companion phone for your smartphone to help you spend less time online without losing the essentials. each phone comes with practical tools: call, text, Google Maps, Uber, WhatsApp, 2FA, camera, alarm, weather, snake, notes, recorder, calc. It can also be your permanent main device!

The Plan: 

The Dumbphone 2 comes with a SIM card and its own phone number. outgoing calls are made with the dumbphone's number, while you can forward calls from your smartphone and sync your texts. more privacy, healthier boundaries. want to ditch your smartphone entirely? we can port your original number to the dumbphone.


The device requires a 4-month minimum plan that is billed monthly and active until you cancel. All plans choices are listed in the image above. At this time you can not use your own carrier. The dumbphone 2 uses T-Mobile's network. Service is available in the U.S. + Puerto Rico (service is not yet available in Alaska or Internationally).

Warranty/Returns: All phones are made to easily get up and running and get people started on their dumb journey. Should your phone or SIM arrive out of the box with any defects, notify us right away and we'll swap you out for a replacement! all other damage caused from consumer usage such as wear and tear, drops, water damage, etc. require a $65 replacement fee to cover the cost of the hardware. special circumstances may apply where we are able to accept a return for a full refund. 

Shipping & Returns

We do not accept returns on used devices at this time. Please read product descriptions, or ask questions before ordering your new phone to make sure it is the right choice for you. Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the order if un-opened in original packaging. If unopened and mailed back to us, a full refund will be sent minus a $20.00 re-stocking fee. All products we carry have customer service and their own warranties to handle any product defects or repairs if needed. This policy is meant to be fair but deter people from using this site as a means of buying product for the sole purpose of demoing.
