Dumbphone 2 is designed as a companion phone or a simpler main device, helping you spend less time online while keeping essentials such as calls, texts, maps, Uber, WhatsApp, two-factor authentication, camera, alarm, weather, notes, recorder, and calculator.

Service plan

The phone includes a SIM card and requires a service plan with a four-month minimum. See Dumb.co for current plan options and pricing. The phone uses T-Mobile's network and service is available in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, except Alaska. Service is not currently available internationally.

Warranty and returns

For a phone or SIM that arrives defective, contact Dumb.co promptly for a replacement. Damage from use may incur a replacement fee. Review Dumb.co's current terms before ordering.
